Account of the real estate inherited by William Lufton Johnson, 1821-1846, located in the fourth ward of Brooklyn. Consists of a deduction of the title to the property, map of the real estate left to the heirs of John B. Johnson showing the location of individual lots, and the names of property buyers and the prices paid, leases and mortgages held by Johnson, etc. Entries recording the disposition of individual blocks are accompanied by hand drawn block maps showing the location and further subdivided into numbered lots. Other heirs of the John B. Johnson properties include Evan M. and his wife Maria Laidlie Johnson, and Samuel Roosevelt Johnson. Includes index of buyers.
